The Peace of the Lord!


In this study, we will learn to drink true water. Are you curious? Would you have done it right? So we will know now; And of course, the Holy Spirit will show us and teach us to drink water, do not worry, it is He Who teaches us. And on more, pay close attention; Amen?


<Jonh 4:10,13,14>

10) Jesus said to him: If thou knewest the gift of God and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink, 'you would have asked him and he would have given thee living water.
13) Jesus said to him: Everyone who drinks of this water will thirst again;
14) but whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst; however, the water that I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.

 

         We all know that Jesus is the source of living water; And in this passage we see this clearly when he responds to the Samaritan woman that if she thou knewest who was asking water, she will not think twice to ask the true water for him; Understand today and always that Jesus, He alone is the source of water welling up to eternal life.

 Lets go to the text that God has for us this time.


Judges 7:2-7
2) And the LORD said unto Gideon, Very is the people that is with thee, for me to give the Midianites into their hands, so that Israel vaunt themselves against me, saying, Mine own hand hath saved me.
3) Now therefore proclaim in the ears of the people, saying, Whosoever is fearful and afraid, come back and retire early from mount Gilead. And there returned of the people twenty and two thousand and ten thousand remained.
4) And the LORD said unto Gideon Much people, bring them down unto the water, and I will try them, and it shall be, that of whom I say unto thee, This shall go with thee, that you will, but for all that, for I say unto thee, This shall go with thee not, this will not.
5) And he brought down the people unto the water. Then the LORD said to Gideon, Everyone who laps the water with his tongue, as a dog laps, you shall put this aside, as well as everyone who is down on his knees to drink.
6) And the number of them that lapped, putting their hand to their mouth, were three hundred men: but all the rest of the people bowed down upon their knees to drink water.
7) And the LORD said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save you, and deliver the Midianites into thine hand: and let all the other people go every man unto his place.

     

       It was Jesus who said: <Matthew 22:14> "For many are called, but few chosen." He said that because he knows his true warriors, those don't look circumstances, don't frighten, but rather serves God the whole time with a heart totaly turned for Him, trusting in Him alone. In the book of Judges7 verse 2-7, God teaches us how we should serve him for that his kingdom grow, not in numbers, but with people healed and ready to combat. In this passage many men were called to fight with the Midianites, but we see that God wiped the number of soldiers because not everyone was prepared.

        So too is our journey with Christ in this war there are many fearful and timid (Verse3 ), people who want to participate only when things are going well and Serene, so when it comes time to evangelize, to preach the word in school, in the street, in the square, at work; they find problems and put big barriers for don't work... But the true problem will be when they go to drink water, or be, if them will arrival in the test, because first have to pass the test of fearful and shy, so in sequence comes the water test.

      What is the correct way to drink water? When you will take part in this test the water? Well this is the test for those who have "spiritual nerves of steel," the true test that God account with prepared warriors. Think with me, whom descends waters (Verso4) already passed the stage of fearful and timid, correct? So, starting here the test is more rigorous, the first stage were soldiers 32,000, and 22,000 returned, the fearful and shy, most, then remaining 10,000 welded; second and final stage, water test, this test were also many disapproved, had only 10,000 soldiers and those remaining 300 men of valor, and 9,700 soldiers were disapproved, and the reason was because they don't knew drink water.

          My beloved, this message has touched my heart of supernatural form, God has spoken deeply in my life, He tells me that today the Church (us), many of us don't have drunk water in the right form, the water that is JESUS CHRIST, and He still speaks that many of us left the battle because of the illusions of this world, for things that do not will bring no edification for our lives, and yet, for things that make us have distance from His presence, and strip us from the 300 warriors winners . And that can not happen of any way, we have to learn from this text, that occasion the reproved soldiers knelt with his head in the water almost complete, staying vulnerable to a possible attack of the enemy, unprepared, perhaps even thinking of the family who had stayed home, thinking only in sate physical thirst, or even other private things, in short,  the Lord  that everything sees don't left these pass in the test, passing only 300 men, but 300 that were prepared, that while they drank water were linked in everything around him, and ready to counterattack the enemy.

       God us want of the same form, prepared for battle, He desires that when we're drinking the water that is Jesus, we bear in mind that there is a simple water we are drinking is much more, is a preparation for a large battle with a huge victory for us, His Church; Everyone knows that water is essential for human life and without it we can not survive; Likewise is spiritually, without water that is Jesus, the inexhaustible source, not we live; Know that our life is a constant battle, and this battle only overcomes the soldier who is prepared in Christ, whom is aware that water will bring strength to walk and fight, and in the more, to know that when you're drinking water should be in a position to fight not to be surprised by the enemy (the devil). Brothers, have in your life, Jesus is the source of living water, He is the Word, is the truth and the life, our livelihood, Our winner King; Do not follow the course of this world, do as the 300 warriors chosen by the Lord, did not drink water anyway. We can't drink water that is Jesus anyway, to live in your home (place Church) in his atria and not participate of anything, not a ministry; Reflect about this! this involves your salvation, Jesus is the source welling up to eternal life and remember, it was Jesus who said: <Mateus 22:14> "For many are called, but few chosen." You are the chose of Lord, so, drink and eat His word, always prepared for combat.
